Because companion animal’s flight transport differs depending on detailed specification such as destination (Country/City) & Departing time, type, species, age, weight size of the companion, therefore a match consultation based on it begins for the customer and their companion animal.

Companion animal transportation / Planning for the trip

The optimized route based on the newest information is grasped, and the plan for detail planning for departure date, and time spent for vaccination, preparing documents etc. is established and the information regarding the cost is provided.

Document preparation / Filling out the document

All documents needed for flight transportation such as certification of health, certificate of import license, custom document, Airway Bill (A/B), etc. are prepared and filled out.
